News Article PSD Honored with Two 2019 PRISM Awards

PSD's Just Off Shore and Seapine Point projects both honored with Silver PRISM Awards from the Builders & Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB).

Polhemus Savery DaSilva Architects Builders (PSD) is pleased to announce that they are the recipient of two silver 2019 PRISM Awards: “Best Detached Home 3,000-4,500 Square Feet”, and “Best Detached Home 4,500-6,000 Square Feet.” This marks eight total PRISM Awards for PSD, previously winning one award in 2018, three awards in 2017 and two awards in 2016.

Hosted by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB), the annual PRISM Awards honor the finest projects and outstanding achievements of professionals in the home design and building industries. This year’s PRISM Awards Gala was held at the Marriott Long Wharf in Boston on October 24th.

PSD’s award in the Best Detached Home 3,000-4,5000 Square Feet category went to its Just Off Shore project—a new home with panoramic views of the harbor, outer beach and ocean beyond. Having worked on previous homes for the same clients and having developed a long-standing relationship, the clients were very familiar with and appreciated the PSD process.

PSD’s award in the Best Detached Home 4,500-6,000 Square Feet category went to its Seapine Point project—a new home for family togetherness and fun, designed around how the family lives. The clients wanted a relatively traditional Cape Cod house exterior, with a more contemporary interior.

“It is impressive to see the high level of work submitted by those in our region,” states Aaron Polhemus, PSD Owner and CEO. “We are honored to have two projects recognized and appreciate the ongoing support from BRAGB and our industry.”
