Director of Construction

Full-Time

The Director of Construction is a key member of PSD’s leadership team and is responsible for the management of all construction operations including oversight of preconstruction, estimating, project management, trade partner engagement, job site supervision, QA/QC, and safety.


Estimator

Full-Time

The Estimator is responsible for analyzing project plans, developing scopes of work, and preparing detailed cost estimates.


Construction Project Manager

Full-Time

The Project Manager within the Construction division is responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of residential construction projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to safety, preconstruction, contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, subcontracting and contract administration functions.


Landscape Designer

Full-Time

The Landscape Designer will work in conjunction with PSD’s Senior Landscape Architect in day-to-day landscape design responsibilities.


Architectural Project Manager (APM)

Full-Time

The Architectural Project Manager (APM) acts as primary point of communication with PSD clients from start of design through completion of construction.
