WE CAN (Women’s Empowerment through Cape Area Networking) is an exceptional organization that serves women in need of help transitioning difficult life situations. They empower and support Cape Cod women to build pathways to self-sufficiency and stability, which in turn strengthens our community. PSD is proud of the partnership we have built with WE CAN over the years; they do such amazing work in and for our Cape Cod community.

Having this second location will broaden access to WE CAN’s services for women across the Cape. It was exciting to turnover the space to WE CAN and then to celebrate with them and the community at an Open House held last week. “The consistent feedback we have heard about the space is that it is perfectly designed for what WE CAN does and that it is warm, inviting, bright but calming, and women will feel respected and safe here,” says Lisa Guyon, WE CAN’s Executive Director. “On behalf of our team, volunteers, board of directors, and most importantly the women we serve (and will serve in the future), thank you—we are truly grateful for your belief in our mission and for being such an important part of it.”
