Jeff O’Neil
Director of Construction Operations/Project Director

As Director of Construction Operations and Project Director, Jeff is responsible for overseeing all of PSD’s construction processes, procedures, systems, and technology. He also manages field safety and works closely with our architectural team and construction team to ensure projects are on-time and on-budget.
Jeff has extensive experience in both high-end residential construction and commercial development, having served in senior management positions for several regional firms. Prior to joining PSD, Jeff worked as a Senior Project Manager for a Boston-based integrated architecture and construction company. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Resources and Land Use Management from the University of Vermont and also holds a certificate in sustainable design from the Boston Architectural College. Through the U.S. Green Building Council, Jeff is certified as a LEED Accredited Professional. He is involved in and supports several local non-profit organizations.
