Polhemus Savery DaSilva, a fast paced construction business, is searching for an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper capable of working within all areas of our accounting department. Primary responsibilities include inputting detailed data accurately, job costing, budget analysis, account reconciliations, check runs, purchase orders, certificates of insurance, communicating with vendors, as well as diverse accounting projects.
A BS/BA degree in accounting, 3 - 5 years of construction accounting work experience, strong computer skills and the ability to work independently are requirements for this challenging position. Excellent writing /verbal communication skills are essential for the successful candidate, QuickBooks Pro and Master Builder a plus.
