About the Firm

Polhemus Savery DaSilva Architects Builders is an architecture, interior design and construction firm with offices in Chatham and Osterville, Massachusetts. Founded in 1996 by architect Peter Polhemus and builder Leonard Savery, Polhemus Savery DaSilva has designed and built numerous residential, commercial, and institutional projects throughout the region.

The firm is an integrated design-build organization that offers clients a single source for a complete range of architectural, interior design and construction services. Through our custom millwork division, Signature Woodworks, we also provide fine cabinetry, millwork and handcrafted furniture. We employ more than thirty-five people including licensed architects, LEED Accredited Professionals, designers, construction supervisors, cabinetmakers, and field personnel, and work collaboratively with an extensive network of professional consultants and sub-contractors.

Our practice is inspired by the natural environment and rich architectural heritage of Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. We are committed to enhancing this heritage through thoughtful design and well-crafted construction. This commitment - combined with unique professional, artistic and practical experience - is at the heart of our work.
